The research scholars shall be recruited as per the requirement at the Center. There shall be a proper procedure to call for applications via an advertisement issued through the website of Center or the local newspapers. The applicant must attach a proposal with the application that addresses at least one of the objectives of the Center. The applications and proposals received shall be analyzed for their creativity, originality, and alignment with the intellectual orientation and objectives of Center by an internal team at the Center (Review Board) and by the external reviewer(s) who are experts in the focus areas provided in the proposal (Expert Reviewers). The shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview/discussion on the submitted proposal. The proposals approved thereof shall be considered and the selection lists shall be issued. The selected candidates shall be asked to join CRPS, Baramulla as researchers.
