Introduction

Center for Research and Policy Studies Baramulla is dedicated to supporting researches/researchers with focus on knowledge production and policy development for the greater benefit of our society.

Center for Research and Policy Studies Baramulla is dedicated to supporting researches/researchers with focus on knowledge production and policy development for the greater benefit of our society.

To develop better understanding of contemporary issues.

To provide impetus to new ideas and methodologies aimed at reform and policy making for the broader needs of society.

To commission researches on analyzing the socio-religious phenomenon and community studies and develop a road map for advancement of knowledge and empowerment of people.

To promote studies on religious sciences integrated with the fields of contemporary humanities, social sciences and modern scientific and intellectual thought.

To pursue publication of research papers, policy analysis, case studies, newsletters, journals and books of particular significance in accordance with above mentioned aims and objectives.

To hold academic meetings for promotion of knowledge and to build networks with academics and experts.

Methodology

CRPS, Baramullashall support scholars, grant fellowships, host lectures, organize seminars, conferences, paper presentations, workshops, summer and winter programs, panel discussions, interaction programs and start capacity-building programs as methods to fulfill the desired objectives of CRPS, Baramulla. The Center shall establish a reference library to offer the required sources of information to the researchers.
